Agency approves residential garage and driveway at 6 Judy Drive

CT ENFIELD — Wetlands agency approves detached garage at 6 Judy Drive. The Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Agency unanimously approved a 24-by-26-foot, 2-car garage and driveway for owner Scott Rossignol in the R-33 residential zone. Assistant Town Planners Stephen Hiney and Jeffrey Arigoni presented the application, noting construction will remain toward the front of the property, away from drainage concerns.
The agency also received but did not act on a second application for material removal at 117 North Street.
