Agency Approves Wetlands Permit for Print Shop Road Redevelopment

CT ENFIELD — Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency approves Print Shop Road industrial improvements. The unanimous approval for the 49-acre property, owned by Winstanley Enterprises, allows building footprint reduction while adding 5,300 square feet of impervious surface. To mitigate unavoidable wetland impacts, the applicant will create a 6,790-square-foot compensatory wetland and deploy silt socks around catch basins during construction.
The agency also unanimously approved Jeffrey Arigoni as a Duly Authorized Agent after he completed required education and training.
