CT ENFIELD — Agricultural Commission reviews farmland preservation program. Chair Karen LaPlante discussed refinements to the Enfield Community Farmland Preservation Program scoring rubric, focusing on mapping PA-490 properties and evaluating larger eligible parcels including Trinity Farm, EZ Pickin's, Chmura Farm, and Starvish Farm. Commissioner Jeremy Dugas recommended using UConn CLEAR maps for a more complete property view.
The Commission approved prior minutes by a 4-0-2 vote and agreed to test the rubric against the identified properties.
