CT ENFIELD — Enfield America250 committee schedules spring monument ceremonies and July tent events. Chaired by Cindy Kinney and coordinating with committee members Kelly Davis, Ian Graves, Shannon Esslinger, Emily Clifford, Alex Raniello, and Maya Matthews, the committee set a Thomas Abbey spade-turning ceremony for April 9 and a Jonathan Edwards Monument rededication for April 25. The committee also planned a July 4th celebration from July 10-14 featuring a special tent with Old Sturbridge Village and other participants.
Staff member Aaron Marcavitch noted the need to increase essay contest submissions as part of the broader education initiative.
