CT ENFIELD — Aquifer protection agency approves gas station certificate renewal. The Aquifer Protection Agency voted 7-0 to renew an aquifer certificate for Big Y Express Gas Station at 241 Hazard Avenue after Assistant Planner Stephen Hiney reported that two violations discovered during site inspection had been remedied. Applicant Sami Jamal, representing owner Enfield Gas Realty, LLC, received board approval for the HVBL Zone facility.
