CT ENFIELD — Enfield's Aquifer Protection Agency approved a registration transfer for 318-320 Hazard Ave. Mohamed Moustafa sought to transfer aquifer protection registration AR# 2024-05-07 to the new property owner in the High Value Aquifer Zone; the agency voted unanimously in favor. Commissioner John Petronella moved the approval, which imposes conditions of sealing floor cracks and conducting a post-renovation inspection.
All seven members present voted yes.
