Board of Education holds special session for Head Start training

CT ENFIELD — The Enfield Board of Education held a special meeting that produced no recorded policy decisions. All nine members attended the January 13 session convened at 5:33 PM in the Scitico Room, with Board Chair Amanda Pickett presiding. The meeting featured a Head Start Governing Body Training led by Director Jaclyn Valley and Head Start Family Support Coordinator Kelly Bowles.
The board then voted unanimously to enter executive session at 6:04 PM for attorney-client privileged communication discussion, with Superintendent Steven A. Moccio and Deputy Superintendent Andrew B. Longey invited to attend.
The session ended at 6:22 PM and the board adjourned at 6:23 PM.
