Commission approves two site plans in routine July meeting

CT ENFIELD — Enfield Planning and Zoning Commission approves two site plans and schedules parking lot hearing. The Commission approved a site plan for a cafe and bakery restaurant at 98 Elm Street and a maintenance facility addition at 188 Moody Road, with Assistant Planner Stephen Hiney confirming both meet parking and coverage requirements. The Commission also scheduled a July 23 public hearing on a Gale Toyota application for parking lot expansion at 64 Palomba Drive.
Director of Planning Laurie Whitten presented state Public Act 25-01 requirements for housing growth planning.
