Council convenes for executive session on real estate, litigation

CT ENFIELD — Enfield Town Council meets in special executive session. The council convened solely for a closed-door meeting to discuss two real estate negotiations: 155 Elm Street and 48 Prospect Street, with Director of Economic and Community Development Aaron Marcavitch and Community Development Specialist Kristine Koistinen in attendance. The council also addressed pending litigation concerning Deer Park Recycling.
Chair Gina Cekala reconvened the open meeting at 7:02pm. No votes or actions were recorded during the session.
