In a 19-minute special session on September 9, Chair Gina Cekala and 10 council members convened to address pending litigation at 46-48 Prospect Street and real estate negotiations for a Pearl Street property in closed executive session. Acting Town Manager Gary Evans and Town Attorney Cindy Cieslak attended, along with representatives from Economic and Community Development.
