CT ENFIELD — Town Council receives device and software training. Chief Technology Officer Paul Russell instructed Council members on email retrieval and mobile device connectivity, while Town Clerk Sheila Bailey trained the body on CivicClerk, the town's agenda and meeting management software, and the electronic board portal. Ten Council members attended; Cynthia Mangini was absent.
