Enfield agency approves three wetlands permits for development projects

CT ENFIELD — Enfield wetlands agency approves three development permits and lifts violations. The Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Agency approved permits for a permeable paver parking lot at 64 Palomba Drive, a home addition at 35 Crescent Beach Drive, and a new house and barn at 13 Hillyer Drive. The 13 Hillyer Drive project followed prior unauthorized excavation; Wetland Scientist Eric Davison confirmed three wetlands with vernal pool potential, and the agency lifted the Notice of Violation dated March 19, 2025.
The agency also approved town-wide maintenance of 355 municipal drainage structures and lifted a Cease and Desist for 8 Pilgrim Circle where lawn debris had been dumped.
