Chair Karen LaPlante convened the seven-member board to discuss the proposal for Red Brewster Cidery and Distillery. Commissioner Gretchen Pfeifer-Hall expressed concerns, noting that another Connecticut farm was shut down for hosting amplified music due to neighbor complaints.
