CT ENFIELD — Enfield approves union contracts and authorizes wage package. The Town Council unanimously ratified four-year collective bargaining agreements with CSEA-SEIU Local #2001 covering professional, technical, and supervisory employees from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2029. Full-time non-union employees will receive $205,358 in aggregate cost-of-living increases; part-time employees approximately $42,544, effective July 1, 2026.
The council unanimously approved a $353,609 transfer to address Department of Public Works shortfalls caused by natural gas usage increases and rate hikes plus disposal cost increases, and redirected $16,560.78 from completed ARPA projects to the Sparkle Street Pump Station.
