CT ENFIELD — Enfield Board of Education convenes for strategic planning retreat. The board gathered for a special meeting on July 28 to review the District Improvement Plan and 2026-27 goals, with Board Chair Amanda Pickett facilitating a brainstorming session on district priorities. Eight of nine board members attended, along with Superintendent Steven A.
Moccio. The group organized visioning ideas into five focus areas: budgeting, community engagement, board reporting, committee work, and other priorities, then discussed emerging themes.
