CT ENFIELD — Enfield Conservation Commission convenes with full attendance for routine administrative business. Chair William Cote presided over all nine commissioners to approve May minutes by a vote of six to zero, with one abstention. Commissioner Michael Dynia reported the Scantic River Watershed Association has acquired trail maintenance equipment, while Commissioner Gretchen Pfeifer-Hall updated the board on small business programs under development.
