CT ENFIELD — Enfield Council gathers input for strategic goals through 2027. Town Manager Matthew Coppler and Assistant Town Manager Steve Bielenda facilitated presentations from ten town departments including Police, Public Works, Planning and Zoning, Emergency Medical Services, and Economic Development, each outlining staffing shortages, aging infrastructure needs, and operational cost pressures as priorities. Council members identified characteristics they value in goal-setting; Coppler will analyze the feedback for future planning.
The Council voted unanimously to adjourn at 8:47 p.m.
