CT ENFIELD — Enfield Historic District Commission unanimously approves roof and skylight work at 1400 Enfield Street. The approval allows owner Kelly Greene to replace roof shingles with a gray color matching the existing roof and consolidate three outdated skylights into one. The roof repair addresses a winter sunroom leak.
The existing skylights, installed by a previous owner, do not meet current code and the commission found the project qualifies as in-kind replacement under district guidelines.
