CT ENFIELD — Enfield General Government Subcommittee postpones key fiscal decisions. The six-member panel, including Steve Bielenda, Matt Coppler, John Wilcox, Rebecca Archambault, Gina Cekala, and John Santanella, tabled multiple sewer and tax abatement matters to April 17, citing the need for additional staff review and payment plan development. The committee approved prior meeting minutes and removed three agenda items related to Kelsey Henry's sewer account, opioid settlements, and farmer tax reduction opportunities.
The panel noted a five million dollar insurance fund balance maintained as a year-to-year buffer.
