Enfield TIF Committee reschedules meetings, tables facade loan
Tax Increment Financing Advisory Committee · Meeting of June 3, 2026
CT ENFIELD — Enfield TIF Committee meets after quorum delay, tables facade loan application pending review. Commissioner John Santanella arrived at 3:39 p.m., establishing the required quorum. The committee voted unanimously to cancel its July 1 regular meeting and schedule a special July 15 meeting at 3:30 p.m.
Director of Economic and Community Development Aaron Marcavitch reported that the town did not receive anticipated state tax credits for the Union Square project.
