Enfield wetlands board approves 8-lot subdivision, continues water line case
Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Agency · Meeting of March 17, 2026
CT ENFIELD — Enfield's Inland Wetlands Agency approved 100 Bright Meadow Associates' proposal to subdivide 65 acres into 8 building lots on Bright Meadow Boulevard. Attorney Carl Landolina and engineer Paul Rodrigue presented the plan, which preserves two wetland areas while enabling future phased development. The Commission simultaneously postponed Heron Homes LLC's contested water line permit application to April 7, citing incomplete application forms.
The postponement came after resident Lori Longhi testified that treated snow had been pushed into wetlands before erosion controls were installed.
