CT ENFIELD — Enfield wetlands agency tabled a material removal application to June 16. The applicant, Joseph Liquore, at 117 North Street sought approval to remove brush, topsoil, and rubble from the Upland Review Area but failed to submit required erosion and sediment control measures, with Wetlands Agent Jeffrey Arigoni unable to reach him to request the documentation. The agency also formalized a new standardized letter template for agent approvals to be attached to Building Permits, authorizing the Vice-Chair to sign such letters in the Chair's absence.
