CT ENFIELD — Enfield Historic District Commission elected new officers and approved a roof replacement project. Vice Chairperson Raymond Gwozdz was elected Chairperson, Tony Velasquez Vice Chairperson, and Nancy Smyth Secretary; all votes were unanimous at 5-0-0. The commission approved a Certificate of Appropriateness for property owner Jeffrey Cross to replace the aging roof and non-code-compliant porch columns at 1116 Enfield Street by a 4-0-0 vote, with Commissioner Colleen Ann Reidy recused.
