Inland Wetlands Agency approves two permits with conditions

CT ENFIELD — Enfield Inland Wetlands Agency approves two permits and continues enforcement actions. The agency unanimously approved a wetlands permit for Heron Homes, LLC at Post Office Road for water service excavation after corrections to erosion and sediment controls, requiring Wetlands Agent inspection and an erosion control bond. The agency also unanimously approved a permit for applicants Christie and Angelo Bosco to develop a 15-acre property at 86 Weymouth Road with a single-family home, requiring soil scientist confirmation of wetland delineation and town inspection of erosion and sediment controls.
Two neighbors expressed concerns about water issues during the hearing; the agency also continued enforcement actions against properties at 174 Shaker Road and 116 North Street for wetlands violations.
