CT ENFIELD — Enfield's Inland Wetlands Agency unanimously approved a permit for a swimming pool at Weymouth School Rd. The agency, chaired by Donna Corbin Sobinski, cleared the application from property owner Gary Clavette to construct a 12-by-26-foot in-ground fiberglass saltwater pool at the R-33 zone property. Assistant Town Planner Jeffrey Arigoni outlined erosion and sediment control measures for the 312-square-foot pool project.
The agency also unanimously approved revised bylaws with a September 2026 revision date. Two new permit applications were received: a 40-foot antenna tower at 5 Niblick Rd and a detached garage project at 153 Weymouth Rd.
