Inland Wetlands Agency convenes executive session on Liquore litigation.

CT ENFIELD — Enfield Inland Wetlands Agency holds executive session on Liquore Sand and Gravel litigation. Commissioner Kenneth Hilinski convened the meeting at 6:05 p.m. with thirteen of twenty commissioners present to discuss Docket No. LND-HHD-CV19-6118659-S involving the agency, Town of Enfield, Zoning Enforcement Officer Ricardo Rachele, and Liquore entities.

Attorneys Matt Ranelli and Chelsea McCallum of Shipman & Goodwin and Town Attorney Mark Cerrato attended the closed session. The agency concluded at 6:46 p.m. without motions or votes, adjourning unanimously.
