Planning and Zoning approves two site plans, tables duplex application

CT ENFIELD — Enfield Planning and Zoning greenlights two site plans. The Commission unanimously approved a site plan review for parking, circulation, and loading improvements at 100 Print Shop Road, conditioned on 23 requirements, and approved a site plan and building permit extension for 32 Bacon Road. Acting Chair Linda DeGray and the Commission also approved by consensus an administrative modification at 1561 King Street to incorporate Connecticut Department of Transportation requirements.
The Commission tabled a duplex special use permit application at 5 Harris Street to June 6.
