Planning Commission Tables Mannarino Builders Senior Housing Applications

CT ENFIELD — Planning Commission tables three Mannarino Builders applications for 242 Brainard Rd senior housing conversion. The Commission voted unanimously to defer a zone change from multi-family housing to residential use, a regulatory amendment to Section 4.40.4 of the Zoning Regulations, and a site plan and special permit modification, with no public comment. Professional Engineer Dana Steele of JR Russo and Associates and owner Robert Mannarino presented the applications.
Director Laurie Whitten announced that interviews for an Assistant Planner position will be held Monday, March 2.
