Prison Committee Elects Harvey, Arnone to Leadership

CT ENFIELD — The Prison/Town Liaison Committee elected Nanci Harvey as Chairperson and Mike Arnone as Co-Chairperson in a unanimous vote. The five-member committee heard from wardens at the Robinson, Osborn, and Cybulski Correctional Institutions, which collectively held 3,026 inmates. Wardens reported adequate staffing levels at Robinson with no posts closed and no assaults reported at Osborn since Warden Thibeault took her position.
An internal investigation is underway at one facility regarding an assault incident involving minimal force, with the Department of Correction's Internal Affairs reviewing for policy violations.
