CT ENFIELD — Enfield Prison/Town Liaison Committee voted unanimously 4-0-0 to add formal public participation to its quarterly meetings. Vice Chairperson Mike Arnone's proposal creates a public comment item on the next four agendas with three-minute speaking limits. Chairperson Nanci Harvey said residents must submit topics in advance.

Committee member Gretchen Pfeifer-Hall noted the committee has never received public input since its inception. If no participation occurs after four meetings, the item will be removed.
