TIF Advisory Committee approves amended FY27 budget with boat launch funding

CT ENFIELD — Enfield TIF Committee approves amended FY27 budget with boat launch work included. The committee voted unanimously on January 7 to recommend the amended budget to Council, with Chair Richard Stroiney presiding. Staff member Aaron Marcavitch presented the budget and led discussions on related TIF district policies.

Members confirmed that the program is designed to support commercial properties within the TIF district and cannot be used for a proposed Main Street retaining wall.
