CT ENFIELD — Enfield TIF Committee tabled the Northgate District Master Plan revision pending revised parcel calculations. Members generally favored removing residential properties lacking significant redevelopment value, including the former Knox Street property now being privately renovated as a residence. The committee continued review of a $17,500 façade improvement loan from applicant Zhong Chen, requesting design refinements emphasizing historic character and physical paint samples.
Staff will prepare revised calculations using October 1, 2025 valuations. Updates included an RFP in draft for the former Lamagna Center property (late-September release target) and the North River Street streetscape project.
