CT ENFIELD — The Town Council convened in special session October 19 to discuss pending litigation in Executive Session. Chair Gina Cekala presided over the meeting with 10 of 11 members present; Robert Cressotti was absent. The council voted unanimously to enter Executive Session to address the pending case "9 North Main Street Enfield v.
Town of Enfield, et. al." No votes or actions were taken during the Executive Session, which lasted 15 minutes before the council reconvened and adjourned at 5:32pm.
