CT ENFIELD — Town Council held a public hearing October 19 on a proposed lease of the Old Town Hall to the Enfield Historical Society, Inc., drawing no public comment. The hearing was legally noticed in the Journal Inquirer on October 7 and October 14, 2026. Ten of 11 council members attended: Linda Allegro, Gina Cekala, Carol Hall, Cynthia Mangini, Maya Matthews, Marie Pyznar, John Santanella, Aaron Thomas, Lori Unghire, and Zach Zannoni.
Robert Cressotti was absent. Acting Town Manager Gary Evans, Assistant Town Manager Steve Bielenda, Town Attorney Cindy Cieslak, and Town Clerk Sheila Bailey were present.
