Town Council holds special meeting on litigation and claims

CT ENFIELD — Enfield Town Council holds special executive meeting on litigation and pending claims. The 10 present members voted unanimously to enter executive session, with Robert Cressotti absent, to discuss two pending lawsuits involving Joseph C. Liquore and two town agencies: the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency.
The Council also reviewed three pending claims from Ron Gangwer, Jay Escudero, and Kyle McFarlin. Attorney Chelsea McCallum of Shipman and Goodwin LLP attended to discuss the litigation. No votes or public actions were taken.
