CT ENFIELD — Enfield Zoning Board approves Conroy variance for Middlesex Drive garage. Property owner Michael D. Conroy Jr. received unanimous approval from the four-member board to construct a garage and mudroom at 2 Middlesex Drive with relief from setback requirements, the board determining that his non-conforming lot shape constituted sufficient hardship.
In other action, the board voted 0-4 to deny Joseph Raschi's appeal of a cease-and-desist order at 130 Shaker Road while continuing his violation appeal at 174 Shaker Road to the September meeting.
