Zoning board postpones two Raschi appeals and variance application

CT ENFIELD — Enfield Zoning Board continues three cases to June. The board postponed decisions on two enforcement appeals filed by Joseph Raschi and one variance application. Raschi appealed Cease and Desist Orders issued March 27, 2026, for an in-law apartment at 174 Shaker Road and timber and wood processing operations at 130 Shaker Road.
The board also continued a variance application by Jamie Hurley for an accessory structure at 37 Bacon Road after noting the legal notice contained an incorrect zoning designation. All three cases are scheduled for June 22.
