Charter Revision Commission approves final redlined charter

CT ENFIELD — Enfield's Charter Revision Commission unanimously approves charter revisions for submission to voters. Chaired by Rich Stroiney, the Commission voted unanimously to approve the final red-lined charter revision document as prepared by Town Clerk Sheila Bailey. The six-member Commission also voted unanimously to recommend that the Town Council present voters with a single referendum question, resolving a discussion about whether to split the measure.

The public hearing is set for May 21, 2026 at 6:30pm in the Scitico Room.
