Enfield Schools board tables policy manual revision for committee work

CT ENFIELD — Enfield Schools board defers policy manual review to committee for further revision. The Board of Education voted unanimously to table its 9000 Series policy manual revisions and send them back to the Policy Committee after board members raised new concerns requiring committee-level discussion. In other business, the board unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and certified December expenditures.

Superintendent Steven Moccio reported that the district has 1,030 students with individual education plans, including 96 new IEP students who moved into the district since August.
