Enfield Town Council voted to extend a 20-year tax credit for the Elm Street Square development project. The Council voted 8-3 to extend a 20-year credit enhancement agreement to The Shops at Elm Street Square LLC, directing approximately $2.3 million in tax revenue toward required state road
